RETURN POLICY

Plants may be returned for refund within three days of purchase and must be in as-sold condition.

Non plant items may be returned for a period of 14 days in original unopened packaging. 

PLANT WARRANTY

The plants you have purchased are among the highest quality and have been carefully maintained and cared for. Should a tree or shrub fail to survive after using our recommended products, planting and watering instructions we will give you store credit for 100% of the cost of the plant during the first year. You must have your receipt at the time of the refund, along with a photo and cutting from the plant. Store credit can be used towards any plant or product we carry.  

This policy does not guarantee replacement of plants that have become damaged or died from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, improper planting, over or under-watering, insects or winter kill. This is a one time replacement guarantee that covers trees and shrubs only. It does not include annuals, perennials, edible plants, or sale items. Wholesale customer purchases are not covered.  This warranty does not include a refund for delivery & labor.
